Dr. Wozencroft has close to 40 publications in peer-reviewed journals and close to 80 presentations that focuse primarily on professional issues within RT, organizational management, compassion fatigue among RT professionals, and evaluating the benefits and outcomes of service-learning programs at the University of Tennessee.

Dr. Wozencroft has held several service roles including Co-Chair of the 2010 and 2011 ATRA Research Institutes, ATRA Research Committee Chair (2015-2018), Board Member of SRTS (2015-present), Board Member of NCTRC (2019-2022, 2025), NCTRC Chair (2021-2022), and chair of the NCTRC Scholarship Committee (2023-present). Additionally, she serves on the editorial board for the American Journal of Recreation Therapy and the Therapeutic Recreation Journal.
