NART is proud to recognize Casey Weidner, whose research focuses on the intersection of technology and behavioral health, specifically examining how screen time and technological interventions impact cognitive function in adolescents and young adults.

NART is proud to recognize Mackenzie Dolecheck. Her areas of interest in recreational therapy include community reintegration, developmental disabilities, and farm animal-assisted therapy research.

2021 Future Scholar

NART is proud to recognize Nicholas Wahl.  His goals include becoming a college professor. Nicholas' research interests are conducting dementia and spirituality/coping with stress interventions. He also aspires to become a mentor to students.

Tim Miller, CTRS

2020 Future Scholar

NART is proud to recognize Tim Miller.  Tim is an adaptive sport athlete whose participation in outdoor adaptive sports includes cable wakeboarding, waterskiing, indoor rock climbing, kiteboarding, alpine skiing, cycling, kayaking, ice-skating, and equine-assisted therapy.
