Dr. Jared Allsop has shown exceptional leadership and engagement in professional organizations. He has served in multiple roles with CARTE, including Past-Chair, Chair, Commissioner, and Site Visitor, helping shape national standards for RT education. He also served on the Executive Board of Recreational Therapists of Indiana and contributed to national taskforces focused on internship quality. Additionally, he founded and led the Great Lakes Recreational Therapy Student Conference, designing and organizing this multi-year event to support student development and professional networking. His service reflects a deep commitment to advancing the field through collaboration, mentorship, and advocacy.
